Located in a historic Tempe neighborhood near Arizona State University's beautiful Tempe Campus, this property is close to everything you need for a comfortable, fun stay in Tempe! If you don't have a car, just order an Uber or Lyft or use the light rail station and bus stops which are very short walks from the house. Tempe is in the center of Phoenix metropolis, a short drive to Sky Harbor International Airport, shopping, desert hikes, professional and college sports venues, and a wide range of world-class cultural venues. 

This suite is attached to the home of the host. The property is 100% smoke/pet-free.


The property of my cute 1950s desert home is located in a low-traffic cul-de-sac at the center of the metro-Phoenix region of the Sonoran Desert and just one mile from the beautiful Tempe Campus of Arizona State University. This guest suite is perfectly situated for resting deeply and exploring the many attractions of this region!

CHECK-IN:

  • Self-check-in is 3:00 pm or anytime after.

BOOKING AND CLEANING POLICY:

  • Automatic bookings can be made for up to 10 days per booking.
  • There is a one cleaning charge per booking of $60 USD.
  • To stay longer than 10 days, make multiple bookings and allow a cleaning professional one hour of access to clean and change the linens per booking.
  • Additional cleaning appointments can be added at $60 USD each.

You will have all the privacy you want during your stay, but I (host, RoniSue) am available via text or phone call if you need anything. I provide my number on the in-room guide.
